15-bed emergency department with approximately 9,000 annual visits and an 18% admission rate
Located in Andover, Kansas, a vibrant, fast-growing suburb of Wichita
Responsibilities:
Shape strategic direction, cultivate a high-performance culture, and drive clinical and operational excellence
Provide top-quality patient care in the emergency department
Partner with a robust team of subspecialty professionals and utilize advanced imaging services to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
Lead in quality to help our hospital achieve excellence across the ED care experience

Requirements:
ABEM certification required for director candidates
