Location: US, Chicago
The Client: TSP Search are seeking an experienced development professional to join our IPP client to lead on project development and origination across MISO & PJM, whilst cultivating the development strategy and helping scale the current development team. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set across the entire project development lifecycle with a wide range of commercial, technical, project management and industry knowledge. This will be an experienced renewable energy project developer who can organize cross-functional teams and think flexibly and strategically. Direct experience with utility-scale project development is a hard requirement.
Responsibilities:
- 9 + years of renewable energy industry experience in a development role, with a great track record of full lifecycle energy project development
- Excellent understanding of project development in the multiple energy markets particularly across the Mid-West.
- Technical understanding of Wind, PV or Battery Storage projects
- Understanding of project finance, budgeting and financial analysis
