Plant Manager - Metal Fabrication

Are you a Plant Manager with experience in metal fabrication and stamping, capable of leading from the front in a fast-paced production environment? We're working with a well-established 100-person manufacturing operation producing fabricated, stamped, and painted components. This role will take full ownership of site performance - leading department heads, driving output, and improving standards across the board. You'll be responsible for aligning production, quality, and people - ensuring the plant runs efficiently, hits schedule, and maintains strong morale on the shop floor.
