Onboard Learning & Leadership Coach

Viking seeks an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to lead shipboard training programs, maintain records, and support crew welfare. You will coordinate monthly training calendars, deliver key training courses, and coach department heads and crew for succession planning. You will collaborate with HR, onboard leadership, and management to assess performance, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvements.
