Apply for this role →Job Description: (Kenner, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Assembler.
Essential Duties:
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to written and verbal instructions
- Work with cosmetic fronts, doors, auto lint components, kits, sprinklers, ducting, and rail supports
- Perform final setup and tear-down of assembled products
- Review and complete P-tickets and related production documentation
- Use hand tools safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements/Skills:
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience working with hand tools
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to use hands and arms for repetitive tasks
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as required for assembly work
