What You'll Do: Operate stamping and press equipment safely and efficiently Load raw materials into machines and remove completed parts Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors Package, organize, and prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Must-

Have Requirements: Ability to lift 20-50 pounds throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Basic reading, counting, and measurement skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions Ability to work overtime when required

Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing or production experience Machine operator or press operator experience Experience working around industrial equipment Familiarity with quality inspections and production standards

Work Environment: Fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment Continuous standing and movement throughout the shift Repetitive machine operation and material handling Exposure to production machinery, metal components, and industrial equipment Moderate to high noise levels Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and additional PPE required Overtime may be required during peak production periods Why Apply?
