Bilingual Payroll Clerk

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour Benefits: Excellent benefits available after the successful completion of the temporary period, including medical, PTO, and more.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00

PMBilingual Payroll Clerk Responsibilities: Performs clerical duties, including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms Operates office machines, including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically Data Entry into Quick Books Verify employee timesheets Performs other related duties as assigned

Bilingual Payroll Clerk Skills and Abilities: Bilingual in English and Spanish, required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Bilingual Payroll Clerk Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required 1+ year of administrative experience is required Previous payroll experience is preferred Bilingual Payroll Clerk - Immediate need. Apply today!
