Innovation Hub Director | Entrepreneurship & Tech Incubator

RFCUNY's College of Staten Island seeks an experienced Director of the CSI Innovation Hub to lead strategic vision, partnerships, and programs. You will oversee the 4,000 sq ft facility and technology labs, manage a team of staff and interns, and coordinate incubator activities, mentorship, and training to advance entrepreneurship and student success. This role requires building collaborations with industry, academia, and the community while securing public and private funding to sustain growth.
