Hanline Foods in Shelby, OH is seeking a Food Safety Technician to oversee day-to-day product testing, monitoring, and reporting. The role supports a four-day work week with a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 PM–4:00 AM) and training on the 1st shift. You will verify compliance with USDA, FDA, and ODA regulations, perform moisture/color/fat/weight testing, and document findings in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting. overtime may be required.
