Digital Surgical Technologist

Medical City Healthcare, in partnership with CryptoAnalyzer, seeks a Seasonal Surgical Technologist to support digitally enabled surgical and procedural workflows. In this hybrid role, you’ll help prepare and maintain sterile fields, manage instruments and supplies, and document procedures within advanced health-finance and blockchain-enabled systems. You’ll collaborate with clinicians and operations staff to ensure accurate case data, support quality, safety, and compliance standards, and assist with basic data collection and reporting. Prepare and maintain sterile fields for surgical and procedural workflows Support clinicians with instruments, supplies, and procedure setup Document procedures and inventory in digital and blockchain-based systems Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational safety standards Coordinate schedules, supplies, and case workflows with cross‑functional teams Monitor equipment readiness and report issues promptly Assist with data collection, quality checks, and basic analytics for performance reporting Collaborate with finance/operations staff on accurate case coding and charge capture Sterile technique Surgical instrumentation handling Operating room or procedural support Medical terminology Electronic health records (EHR) Data entry and documentation accuracy Inventory and supply management HIPAA and OSHA compliance Basic data analysis and reporting Interdisciplinary teamwork Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification HIPAA compliance knowledge OSHA safety training Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
