Trust & Estate Litigation Paralegal

The candidate should have strong litigation experience, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters while delivering high-quality legal support. Responsibilities include researching legal authorities, drafting briefs, handling discovery, and filing with courts. A paralegal certificate or ABA-approved program is required, and candidates with a Bachelor's
