Bulk Dispatcher-Lubricants

General Accountabilities: Dispatch customer orders on Tilley bulk and package trucks using online routing software. Own on-time delivery performance of third party carriers for division shipments. Coordinate pick up of purchase orders from vendors and RGAs from customers. Provide delivery status to customer service and sales. Work with maintenance provider to ensure trucks are maintained and repairs are completed in a timely manner and documented. Train drivers on company policies and ensure DOT regulations are adhered to.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1-2 years of related experience (preferred)Must pass a background check and drug test Skills Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suiteA desire to work with team members to improve processes and product quality in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written communication skills.

Work Environment: Standard warehouse environment. Office setting

Physical Demands: Sitting and/or alternating sitting and. Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Hearing Requirements. The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds. Near Visual Acuity.
