Bakery Experience Lead: Open/Close & Guest Service

Milk Bar is seeking a reliable Key Holder for its New York bakery. You will open/close the shop, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Milk Bar service standards while acting as a brand ambassador. Required are 1-2 years of customer service experience, a Food Protection Certificate in NYC, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. You’ll help train teammates and keep the bakery clean and compliant with DOH regulations.
