We specialize in low maintenance, sustainable and drought-tolerant landscaping and building materials. Architects, designers, contractors and homeowners rely on us for Southern California's largest selection of boulders, crushed stone, decomposed granite, flagstone, natural thin veneer, cobble, pebbles, outdoor stone fountains and custom fabrication. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our Palm Springs Store that prides themselves on providing great customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
- Meet & greet customersAssist customers with product selection and sales
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Process orders and take payment via POS system
- Setup customer deliveries
- Establish sales leads from customersAssist with day-to-day operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and product visibility
- Maintain retail stock levels on products
- Monthly product & sales review with Branch Manager
- Participate in progressive training on current and new product lines
- Complete product knowledge testing
- Prepare sample boxes for customers- washed and cleaned material
Job Requirements:
- Must be proficient with computers
- Must have cash handling experience
- Ability to work weekends
- Must have proper phone & email etiquette
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to learn all products within a period of time
- Bistrack knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication, leadership driven
