Beverage R&I Senior Manager - Product Innovation

Danone North America is seeking a seasoned leader to head a team of food scientists supporting Ready-to-Drink Coffee and Waters ventures. You will drive product development from ideation to retail launch, guiding cross‐functional teams and ensuring nutrition, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will lead project briefs, risk assessments, and scalable prototypes, while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Engineering to deliver differentiated beverages.
