Database Architect/Engineer

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)Experience with PCB/CCA design and familiar with electronics design lifecycle Experience using Siemens Xpedition and Siemens EDMExperience working with electronic product lifecycle management (PLM) technology and integrating across a multi-disciplinary team Ability to analyze existing ECAD PLM processes and identify opportunities for optimization within Siemens Xpedition and EDMKnowledge of scripting languages (such as VBScript and Python) to perform software automation tasksSKILLS MATRIXData Management- 4 - 6 Years Scripting- 4 - 6 Years Siemens- 4 - 6 Years Circuit Design- 2 - 4 Years Electronics- 2 - 4 YearsPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIESDesigns develops builds analyzes evaluates and installs database management systems to include database modeling and design relational database architecture metadata and repository creation and configuration management. Uses data mapping data mining and data transformational analysis tools to design and develop databases. Determines data storage and optimum storage requirements. Prepares system requirements source analysis and process analyses and design throughout the database implementation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)Knowledge of scripting and automating tasks using Xpedition APIExperience creating library parts in Siemens tool suite Demonstrated experience in PCB Design, Fabrication or Assembly for rigid and rigid-flex CCAs. Familiarity with other EDA tools such as Zuken, Altium, or CadenceREQUIRED EDUCATIONAccredited Bachelor's DegreeWORK HOURS4/10-1st Shift.
