Job Description: Pharmacy Technician Join Our Team at Pharmacy Innovations! Pharmacy Innovations is seeking dynamic, customer-focused pharmacy technicians to join our growing team full-time. Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality medications for both people and pets. As a member of our team, you’ll work collaboratively to create custom solutions that make a difference in our clients’ lives, taking their health care beyond a one-size fits all approach. New to the field? Pennsylvania requires Pharmacy Technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy. We can guide you through the registration process and provide hands-on training to help you build a long-term career in pharmacy. Eligible initial registration fees will be reimbursed by Pharmacy Innovations after the successful completion of 90 days of employment.
Key Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalentPharmacy Technician Trainee registration or higher credential issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy – must be able to obtain before employment begins. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Responsibilities:
  • As a Pharmacy Technician, some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Maintain complete, confidential record of customer interactions including inquiries, prescription issues, complaints and resolutions.
Support patient retention by following up on open issues and ensuring patient needs are met. Communicate securely and confidentially with patients through the messaging portal to answer questions, confirm order status and provide follow-up information. Merchandizing and maintaining a clean and organized workspace Other pharmacy-related duties as needed
Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Compensation is based on experience.
