EHS Compliance & Safety Leader

Kolpak LLC in Parsons, TN is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety representative to develop, implement and champion EHS policies and programs across the site. The role reports to the HR Business Partner and is based on-site in Parsons, TN. You will lead inspections, drive incident investigations, manage training programs, and ensure regulatory postings and records are maintained. A degree in EHS fields is preferred with experience in manufacturing and strong OSHA/EPA knowledge.
