Lead Manufacturing, Purchasing, Production Planning, Facilities, and Maintenance. Ensure production output meets customer demand, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Represent Operations for assigned products, customers, or business portfolios. Continuous Improvement Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and employee-led improvement initiatives. Improve throughput, OEE, inventory turns, and overall cost structure. Establish standard work, visual management, and daily management systems. People & Culture Build, develop, and lead a high-performing leadership team and workforce. Create a culture of accountability, ownership, engagement, and continuous improvement. Develop leaders and establish clear performance expectations across the organization. Safety, Quality & Compliance Champion a proactive safety culture with a goal of zero incidents. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and environmental regulations. Partner closely with Quality and Regulatory teams to maintain the highest standards. Strategic Leadership Partner with Sales, Marketing, Program Management, and Supply Chain to support business growth. Lead cross-functional and cross-site initiatives. Translate company strategy into actionable site-level plans. Lead capital planning and equipment utilization to support growth, efficiency, and safety. Manage operating budgets and maintain strong financial discipline.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required; Master's preferred.10–15 years of manufacturing experience with 7–10 years in progressive leadership roles. Strong experience leading manufacturing operations and developing people. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Strong track record of improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance. Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly engaged with the day-to-day operation. About EXALTAAt EXALTA, we build what heals.
