Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:15 PM

Job Summary: KeyStaff is seeking an Experienced Shipping & Receiving Specialist for an environmental manufacturing company located in Riviera Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recent shipping and receiving experience, preferably within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, computer proficient, and experienced with shipping documentation and inventory.

Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Prepare and process outgoing shipments Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment Prepare and review Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, shipping labels, and freight documentation Verify quantities, part numbers, purchase orders, and shipment information Coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight carriers Enter shipping and receiving information into computer systems Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records Assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancies Organize materials and maintain an orderly shipping/receiving area Follow warehouse safety and quality procedures Perform additional warehouse duties as needed

Requirements: 5+ years of Shipping & Receiving experience REQUIRED Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Experience with BOLs and freight/shipping documentation Strong computer and data-entry skills Inventory or warehouse management system experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Dependable with a strong work ethic and attendance record Compensation $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience. xsgimln
