Banquet Captain: Lead Events, Hospitality & PTO

HVMG is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead the team from setup through breakdown, ensuring every detail meets client expectations. You’ll coordinate service staff, manage timelines, and act as the primary contact during functions. This role rewards strong leadership and a passion for exceptional hospitality experiences. Typically, you’ll report to the Banquet Manager and have opportunities to advance into roles such as banquet manager or event planner as part of HVMG’s culture of excellence.
