This executive will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic direction and growth of the company's specialty businesses, with a focus on services to pharmaceutical manufacturers and community-based provider offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and leading high-impact growth opportunities, shaping strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the strategy team. Key responsibilities include leading strategy development, preparing strategic content, anticipating industry evolution, and driving business unit merger and acquisition processes. The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the biopharma services landscape, particularly in the areas of patient access HUB services, real-world data, and 3PL. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategy roles, particularly within the biopharma services or related pharmaceutical manufacturing functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical methods, as well as experience in mergers and acquisitions and partnership development. A strategic leader with a proven track record of driving business growth and long-term value creation, the Vice President will be expected to be an influential leader, a trusted advisor, and an individual with the highest integrity. The role requires exceptional communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to leverage resources across teams. A background in healthcare provider side or consulting experience within the relevant sectors is also preferred.
