Key responsibilities: Lead third-party and vendor contracting, including contract review and handling escalations Address disputes and escalated requests, partnering with Customer Experience and Communications for effective resolution Oversee Headway's annual corporate insurance cycle and ongoing insurance administrationRequired qualifications 5+ years of legal experience with at least 2 years in-house Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment, preferably in healthcare Proven ability to manage complex commercial contracting processes Strong emotional intelligence for building relationships with cross-functional partners J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing, with the ability to register as NY in-house counsel
