Paint Line Associate

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm OR Friday - Sunday, 6:00am - 6:00pm, work 36 hours but paid for 40 hours

Pay: $18.00/HR

Duties: Start and stop machine operations using levers or buttons. Operate pumps to mix solutions and fill tanks. Clean machines, equipment, and work areas using appropriate cleaning methods. Inspect and test sample products to ensure compliance with specifications. Inspect raw parts for defects and follow routing/IPI guidelines. Set up work using jigs/fixtures or hand layouts, read blueprints, and complete associated paperwork. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to safety rules and regulations. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Physical ability to stand for the entire shift, lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, and good hand-eye-foot coordination. Basic analytical and mathematical skills to interpret layouts and blueprints. Effective oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills for data entry. What does Express offer to you?
