Product Line Value-Stream Leader

BW Papersystems, part of the Barry-Wehmiller Group, seeks a Product Line Business Leader to own the full equipment lifecycle from quotation through customer acceptance. You will lead value-stream activities, coordinate across engineering, sales, and project management, and drive Lean improvements to meet quality and cost targets. You will manage budgets, develop strategies for profitable growth, and mentor teams while aligning with company goals and customer expectations.
