Production Team Member
Location: Cincinnati, OH Starting Pay: $23.00/hour Shifts: 2nd or 3rd Shift — Must be willing and able to work either shift Potential: Opportunity for full-time conversion Available Shifts2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 6:45 AMJob Overview We are hiring Production Team Members to join a busy manufacturing environment in Cincinnati. This is a hands-on production position responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, stacking corrugated products, performing quality checks, setting up materials, and keeping the work area clean and organized. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, comfortable working on their feet, and willing to learn different manufacturing processes and equipment.
What You'll Do:
  • Safely perform a variety of production and manufacturing tasks
  • Stack and handle corrugated products
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Set up and stage materials for production
  • Operate various manufacturing equipment
  • Use power hand tools as needed
  • Follow work instructions and specific production procedures
  • Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all company safety rules and manufacturing procedures
  • Assist with other production duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Comfortable learning new equipment and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
  • Dependable and willing to work overtime and weekends
  • Must be willing and able to work either 2nd or 3rd shift
Physical Requirements: This is an active manufacturing position. Candidates must be able to:
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
  • Bend, kneel, and move around the production area
  • Navigate stairs throughout the facility
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks safely
