HVAC/R SERVICE TECHNICIANEdge Air Conditioning & Refrigeration | Rincon, GAEdge Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is looking for an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable technician who can independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC/R equipment while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- HVAC/R troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
- Electrical and controls diagnostics
- Refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging
- Compressor, motor, capacitor, contactor, TXV, coil, and control replacement
- Commercial HVAC and refrigeration service
- Walk-in cooler/freezer and ice machine service
- Accurate service-call documentation
- Customer communication and recommendations
- Maintaining company vehicle, tools, and inventory
- Participating in the on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- HVAC/R service experienceEPA 608 certification
- Valid driver's license
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred
- Refrigeration experience preferred
- Professional appearance and communication
- Dependable and able to work independently
