Architect - Senior

What You'll Do: Provide team leadership and coordination with other disciplines. Supervise and mentor design staff, including architects and designers. Lead architectural design efforts from concept through construction. Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and successful project delivery. Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities simultaneously. Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposals and presentations.

Experience: 10+ years in all phases of architectural projects, including supervisory roles

Education: Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch. or M. Arch.) from an NAAB-accredited university

Certification: Registered Architect (RA) in Virginia or reciprocity within 3 months of start date

Skills: Proficient in Autodesk Revit; ability to mentor staff
