  • Care First Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Bilingual Pharmacy Technician / Pharmacy Clerk to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping patients and providing exceptional service, we'd love to meet you!
Position Overview: As a member of our team, you will play an important role in providing outstanding patient care while supporting the daily operations of our independent community pharmacy.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist pharmacists with prescription processing
  • Enter prescription information accurately using PrimeRxProcess insurance claims and resolve rejections
  • Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist customers with prescription pick-up and drop-off
  • Maintain inventory and stock medications
  • Keep the pharmacy organized and compliant
  • Support daily pharmacy operations
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
  • PrimeRx experience preferred
  • Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Clerk experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
