This includes establishing and operating an innovation platform, creating governance and portfolio management disciplines, and fostering external ecosystem relationships. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in innovation, new business development, or related fields, with a proven track record of launching new initiatives. The Chief Business Innovation Officer will be responsible for leading a team and will be expected to influence executive leaders, drive enterprise change, and ensure that innovation efforts are aligned with strategic and financial goals.
