Adolescent Psychiatry RN — Flexible Hours & Impact

WorkFit Medical Staffing, PLLC is seeking an experienced RN-Psychiatry to join our adolescent psychiatric unit serving patients aged 5-18 in Rochester, NY. The role focuses on compassionate, evidence-based care for youth experiencing acute mental health crises. The schedule includes 36 or 48 hours per week with rotating days, evenings and nights, plus weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations as unit needs dictate. Active NYS RN license and pediatric mental health experience required.
