You’ll own sales, partnerships, and the member experience from first contact through journey completion, building a top-performing team and local presence. Responsibilities include presale, memberships growth, staff hiring/training, scheduling, and maintaining brand standards while driving financial performance and member satisfaction at the new Broadneck location.
