AI Hardware Architect

I'm working with a fast growing AI semiconductor startup building custom hardware for large scale AI workloads. They're looking for an experienced architect to own hardware architecture at the chip or subsystem level. You'll work across: AI accelerator and high performance compute architecture Memory and data movement Interconnect and distributed systems Performance modelling and optimization Hardware and software co design You'll work closely with research, software and hardware teams to understand workloads, define architecture and make the tradeoffs around performance, power and area. They're looking for someone coming from aCPU, GPU, AI accelerator or high performance computing architecturebackground who is comfortable getting deep into both hardware and software. Bay Area | Hybrid Seniority is flexible depending on experience.
