Qualifications & Compensation: Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Years of experience: 20+ years Total Compensation: $325k+ yearly Job Description: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance robust back-end software solutions. Analyze user requirements to derive comprehensive software design and performance specifications. Conduct structured design and code reviews to enforce best development practices and maintain code quality. Solve complex technical challenges across diverse scopes requiring detailed evaluation of identifiable factors. Utilize Git, Jira, and Confluence for agile task management, collaboration, and version control. Implement and maintain relational databases such as PostgreSQL.Build and deploy applications leveraging tools and technologies such as Java, C++, Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and NGINX. Telework: Hybrid telework is supported up to 16 hours per week depending on sprint tasking.
