Operations Manager

What You'll Do: Lead and develop a team of Operations Coordinators, owning escalations across warranty replacements and returns, support renewals and cases, new business orders, inventory and warehouse, supply chain issues, and third-party license tracking Partner with Implementations, Support, Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and 3rd Party vendors to keep operations efficient and accurate Own data integrity for our products in our multiple business systems Maintain global relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and vendors, covering ordering, provisioning and delivery of equipment and services Run technology alliance programs with third-party software vendors, including process design, metrics reporting, and partner-facing content Build processes and documentation for product launches and end-of-life (EOL) transitions Review and coordinate pre-sales requests, proofs of concept, hardware trials, demos and deployment activities 5 years of people and business management experience in an operations capacity Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience A track record of improving processes and solving problems before they escalate Strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment with minimal supervision Clear communication with customers and colleagues across roles and skill levels, remote and in person Proficiency with Google Workspace; Salesforce and AI experience preferred Scale Computing is an equal opportunity employer.
