Customer Service Logistics Coordinator

Pay: $23.00–$24.00 per hour + Benefits

Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role: Legacy Transportation is seeking aCustomer Service Logistics Coordinator to join our Las Vegas, Nevada team. This is afull-time, in-office position based in Las Vegas. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while coordinating customer orders and time-sensitive shipments, including trade show and high-value freight. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple customer accounts, orders, and deadlines while maintaining accurate information throughout the shipment process.

What You’ll Do: Process customer orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate freight and manage time-sensitive shipments, including trade show and high-value freight. Maintain and update orders throughout the shipment process. Communicate shipment status, changes, delays, and exceptions to customers. Coordinate with customers, agents, operations, and other internal departments. Prepare customer quotes and ensure shipment documentation is accurate, complete, and processed timely. Manage multiple customer accounts, orders, and deadlines while maintaining accurate records. Perform timely and accurate order entry and ensure shipment information remains current through completion. Assist with resolving customer and shipment issues and involve appropriate team members when needed.

What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of customer service, logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred. Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry, shipment information, documentation, and recordkeeping. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience with customer order processing, transportation order entry, or shipment coordination preferred. Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Dependable and adaptable with the ability to workindependently and collaboratively within a team.
