What You'll Do as a Finance Manager: Manage vehicle cash and finance transactions from start to finish Guide customers through available financing, protection products, and insurance options Present finance and protection products clearly, professionally, and accurately Work with lending partners to secure competitive financing options for customers Assist the Sales Manager in selecting the best qualifying financial institution for each transaction Prepare, review, and complete all required finance and purchase documentation accurately Ensure all transactions comply with applicable company policies and federal and state requirements Maintain strong relationships and communication with lending partners Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, lenders, and accounting department Assist the sales team in identifying financing options that best fit each customer's needs Maintain accurate, organized, and complete deal documentation Work toward individual and dealership finance performance goals Help provide a seamless transition from vehicle selection through financing and final delivery Work collaboratively with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience As a Performance Team Member, You Will: Put the customer and others first Ask for help and give help Create smiles Engage and build relationships Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others
