Title: Project Manager
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Woodbridge VA – Onsite Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Utilities industry to lead technology transformation and change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ERP, CRM, Customer Information Systems (CIS), and utility business processes, with the ability to drive large-scale digital transformation programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technology change management initiatives within utility organizations. Drive implementation and enhancement of ERP, CRM, CC&B and Customer Information System (CIS) platforms. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and delivery plans. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Ensure successful adoption of new technologies through structured change management strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units to achieve project goals. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Facilitate workshops, training programs, and communication plans to support organizational change. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technology background with experience managing enterprise transformation projects.
  • Proven experience in the Utilities industry.
  • Hands-on exposure to ERP, CRM, CC&B and Customer Information Systems (CIS) implementations or upgrades.
  • Experience in Technology Change Management and organizational transformation.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
