Supporting early childhood and human services programs, the full-time remote Advisory Services Analyst will conduct quantitative and qualitative research, provide technical assistance, and analyze program performance to enhance policy effectiveness and compliance.
Key responsibilities: Translates research into actionable insights, advising clients on program strategy and decision-making Supports monitoring and continuous improvement activities for early childhood programs, assessing performance and compliance Aggregates and analyzes data from various sources to identify trends and inform program decisions
Required qualifications: Master's degree in early childhood education, human services, public administration, or a related field At least 3 years of professional experience related to early childhood programs, preferably with Head Start or Early Head Start Proven ability to analyze and present data to support program monitoring and decision-making Experience with web-based data management software and tools Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality written products and communicate effectively with stakeholders
