Role Overview:
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients. This involves establishing interpersonal connections and offering services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions. Providing clinical oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis. Qualifications and Experience A diploma in nursing (either an associate's or bachelor's degree).Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an obligation to maintain an active license in good standing throughout your employment.
Preferred:
At least one year of experience in skilled nursing. CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the necessity to keep it current throughout employment.

Demonstrating outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive demeanor towards patients.
Utilizing reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
