What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesFill and dispense prescribed medications and verify prescription accuracy Educate patients on medication use, potential side effects, and proper storage as needed Oversee, direct, supervise, and provide guidance to pharmacy staff involved in medication preparation, packaging, and labeling to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards Uphold quality assurance and ensure the security of controlled substances Promptly and accurately resolve third-party insurance processing issues Support customer service programs and patient engagement initiatives Foster collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals Adhere to all applicable pharmacy laws, regulations and standards What We Are Looking ForEducation, Licensure and SkillsActive California pharmacist license Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service What You Can ExpectBenefits (Full-Time Positions)
