Apply for this role →Direct Communications is seeking a tech-savvy problem solver for the Outside Fiber Plant team in Soda Springs, Idaho (Hybrid). You will act as a bridge between our high-tech network and customers, solving complex internet, landline, and DSL issues to keep subscribers connected.
You will provision services, troubleshoot Tier 2 issues, monitor for potential problems, and stay ahead with evolving tech such as outdoor Wi‑Fi and managed routers. A driver’s license and drug screening are required.
