For our client, we are seeking a Production Support Director to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead production support operations for healthcare applications, with a strong focus on keeping web and mobile experiences stable, responsive, and available for customers. The director will partner closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to resolve complex issues and drive timely defect remediation. In addition to day-to-day support leadership, this person will oversee backlog prioritization, monitoring automation, and incident coordination to improve service quality and operational performance.
Location: Bloomfield, CT (Hybrid)
Compensation: $203,362 – $271,600 annually
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional and technical analysis for customer-reported issues
- Troubleshoot issues with delivery teams and third-party vendors
- Create and manage automated scripts for application monitoring
- Liaise between technical teams to resolve complex problems
- Manage product backlog and prioritize user stories with business partners
- Lead daily Scrum and Production Defect Resolution calls
- Accountable for all production activities related to applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 5 years of experience in healthcare application support
- Experience managing IT production support for web and mobile healthcare applications
- Proficiency in Dynatrace, Tealeaf, Splunk, and ETL monitoring tools
- Experience managing production support operations with high ticket volumes
