Summary:
This fully remote, Utah-based full-time Inside Sales Specialist converts inquiries and prospects into business service customers. You will conduct discovery conversations, explain options, and guide buyers from interest through close.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact prospects by phone, email, and video to identify needs and buying timelines.
- Lead demonstrations and explain pricing, features, and value.
- Prepare proposals, follow up on open opportunities, and address routine objections.
- Record prospect interactions, next steps, and outcomes in the sales platform.
- Coordinate completed agreements with onboarding or service teams.
Qualifications:
- Customer-facing, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is welcome.
- Comfortable initiating discovery conversations and asking for commitment.
- Able to tailor recommendations to buyer priorities.
- Familiar with virtual meeting tools and digital outreach.
- Self-directed in a remote setting with follow-up goals.
