Guest Experience Representative As a Guest Experience Representative at our retail store in Bellevue, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all. Your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships with them. You will work closely with the store team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that the store is always presentable and well-stocked.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in customer service or retail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean and organized store environment Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
