Guest Experience & Membership Concierge

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Resort Club Host to enroll guests in the Resort Club, promote events, and build lasting relationships with patrons. You will greet guests, create club accounts in KCMS, and explain programs while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and at least one year of customer service experience.
