Quality Assurance Inspector

Responsibilities: Work experience in working with hand tools, and precise measuring instruments such as vernier calliper, dial gauge, micrometre, ultrasound thickness gage, etc. Inspect in-process products for conformity to blueprints. Inspect finished product to Customer requirements. Must be able to read and interpret CMM reports. Maintain measuring equipment to calibration standards. Perform Audits for compliance to ISO Procedures. Work with production to resolve nonconformance issues. Update and maintain Quality procedures and records. Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Performs other duties and responsibilities as apparent and/or assigned.

Skills and Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience in a quality inspection role Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and understanding of manufacturing processes. Strong Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)Metal fabrication experience Experience with ISO 9000 standards and procedures 1 to 3 year of experience with Statistical Process Control
