Location: Leetsdale, PAAvailable Shifts:1st Shift2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
Pay: $21.50/hour
Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour for 2nd ShiftJob Overview We are seeking Quality Inspectors to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections on manufactured and purchased parts
- Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Document inspection results accurately
- Identify and isolate non-conforming products
- Complete quality and inspection reports
- Test incoming materials and components
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain product quality
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- CMM experience
- First Article, Receiving, or Final Inspection experience
- Experience with non-conformance reporting
