Senior Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects from concept through implementation Develop strong design ideas and carry the original vision through each project stage Build relationships with clients, consultants and collaborators while supporting business development and new project opportunities Mentor and collaborate with junior team members, contributing to a hands-on and highly engaged studio culture Work closely with senior leadership to help shape design strategy, project opportunities and the continued growth of the studio Key Skills / Requirements Approximately 8 to 12+ years of professional landscape architecture/design experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates Strong design sensibility supported by a high-quality portfolio of built and/or realized work Experience leading projects and confidently communicating design ideas to clients and project teams Commercial awareness with an interest in business development, relationship building and progressing into a broader leadership role Collaborative, proactive and low ego, with a willingness to stay hands-on and contribute wherever needed.
