Remote Business Account Coordinator

Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking a customer service professional for our Industrial Customers and Retailers program. This remote role involves handling inquiries by phone and email, coordinating account setups, and supporting the Red Wing for Business program. You'll work with the Industrial Team to onboard accounts, resolve issues, maintain accurate records across multiple systems, and advise customers on products and services.
